Recent Market Stats for Charlotte Real Estate Market

Business is picking up in Charlott, NC.  I've noticed a big jump in market share for Helen Adams Realty as well as my personal business!  Inventory levels are down, Closed Transactions are up and Inventory levels have dropped drastically from 2010!  Read my latest Newsletter for these statistics:  February 2012 Newsletter

Top Places to Live in North Carolina

Check out this Yahoo article listing the top Places to Live in North Carolina ... click here.  I'd be lying if I said it did not make me feel good that my wife and I chose Marvin when we moved to NC 7 years ago (Marvin is #1)!  As well, our bordering town, Weddington, came in #2!  Top rated school districts and quality of living is what gives these 2 townships top billing.

 Congratulations to Charlotte for having the top 3 cities in this poll (Davidson came in #3)!!
